Portrait Party. Yes there's a party for everything- but this one is different. Its ideal for friends, mothers groups etc wanting to save money and get some great portaiits. Feel daunted by stuffy portrait studio's? Or maybe its just hard to find some time to set aside to get photos done? Then Portrait Party is for you- have fun with your friends...and get your portraits done. Best of all there is NO session fee and no obligation to buy. Here's how it works! One person hosts the party (which can be themed or not) emails or sends the invites. The goal is to invite friends or family for some photos and have some fun.

Examples of themes include babies,Christmas, couples, tea party, sports, basically anything you think of.

The host/hostess is responsible for:

*Organising the guest list/invites. A minimum of 6 guests is required up to a maximum of 12. (Contact me for options if you have larger number of guests).

* Providing either their home or mutually convenient location. (eg. it may be a playgroup,office, nursing homes,school etc). The best results are when we can use the outdoors as a natural backdrop- although we can set up a backdrop if preferred.

*Filling in the portrait schedule (which will be provided on booking) and ensuring that all the guests have filled in the portrait party guest form (provided on booking) ready to give to the photographer.

*Proviiding light refreshments for guests- nothing too messy if the portrait party involves children!

*Liasing with photographer.

While the party is in swing each guest will have a 15 minute photo session -which keeps the kidlets happy and stops them from being bored.

What's in it for the host/hostess?

The host/hostess will receive a 30 minute free session PRIOR to the party starting, a free 11x14 print plus a 20% print credit of total orders from the party. For eg. If you hosted a party where the orders totalled $500 you would receive a $100 print credit. The online gallery of the portraits from the party will be available within two weeks from your party. Host/Hostess is responsible for advising of the password to all guests. The gallery will be available for 3 weeks ONLY to place orders. Please contact me if you would like to host a Portrait Party.
